Providence is calling a Finance Manager, Productivity and Benchmarking who will:
Support local ministry/entity leadership teams in productivity and benchmarking initiatives
Validate and guide budget labor targets for the Division by proactively working with executive and divisional teams to evaluate labor staffing plans
Analyze and model labor initiatives in ministry to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs or service lines
Support and evaluate benchmarking goals in order to implement as best practice in the Division
Propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets
Provide financial analysis for labor efficiency plans
Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies
Serve as a resource to clinical service line and divisional leaders
Be responsible for developing financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of productivity reporting

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
5+ years of finance experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Certified Public Accountant, HMFA or FACHE Certifications upon hire
