We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager, Reporting and Data Governance with a strong focus on data governance to drive our reporting capabilities.This pivotal role involves overseeing the development and delivery of comprehensive financial reports, guiding strategic decision-making processes, and leading initiatives to improve financial reporting efficiency and accuracy. The candidate will need advanced skills in financial systems like Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics, and Power BI,coupled with a robust understanding of data governance principles and practices.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Master the use of Oracle EPM, specifically EPBCS and FCCS, and Oracle Analytics for financial data consolidation, ensuring stringent accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Design and oversee advanced financial models and forecasts in Power BI, or other appropriate tools, offering deep analytical insights to steer the company’s strategic planning.

• Partner with senior management across departments to align financial reporting and analysis with strategic objectives, enhancing decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with IT and data management teams to establish data governance protocols, including data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Expert proficiency in Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics, and Power BI.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and advanced financial analysis techniques.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience in managing teams and presenting financial data to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, MBA, or other advanced financial certification.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in financial reporting and data governance.
• Familiarity with the industry of the hiring company.
