Finance Manager - Autos Bravos

Experienced finance professional with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry? Autos Bravos, a trusted used car dealership, is looking for a Finance Manager with traditional outside lending and BHPH experience to join our growing team! What You’ll Do:

• Guide customers through the vehicle financing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Work with multiple lenders to secure the best financing terms for each customer.
• Present financing and warranty options to customers with transparency.
• Ensure all finance documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and the sales team.
• Maintain compliance with all dealership, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
• 3 - 5 years experience with traditional lending and BHPH
• Previous experience in automotive financing, dealership finance, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of various financing programs and credit applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, no drama.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
