At Dollar General, you will have the opportunity to design, configure, test, implement and execute role-based access across the Oracle Cloud Suite of applications for our large and growing company. In this role you will support auditing, monitoring, administration, developing process improvements, engaging in special projects, and remediation of technical controls to meet IT SOX requirements. This position will develop and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud application roles to address the current and emerging security and compliance needs of the Oracle ERP transformation and independently perform a full range of advanced analytical and technical activities over Oracle ERP, HCM and EPM Cloud environments. Must have a deep understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing and managing security controls in a cloud environment.
Job Details:§ Initial Security Implementation and Configuration:
o Working with implementation partners and business leaders to develop standard roles
required using the principle of least privilege.
o Participating in functional workshops, capturing role design requirements, aligning role
design to a segregation of duties framework, and building required application security roles.
o Facilitating and supporting application security testing, migration, cutover activities
throughout the project lifecycle.
o Configuring security components with Oracle Cloud, which may include, but is not limited to,
creation of custom job and duty roles to meet business and compliance requirements,
creation of HCM data roles and related security profiles to security sensitive and PII data from
application users
o Assessing impact and supporting security regression testing related enhancements and
impacts provided with Oracle patches and quarterly releases.
o Working with implementation partners to maintain documentation of role development and
assignment throughout the project lifecycle.
o Overseeing the deployment of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules for integrated
security, segregation of duties, configuration, and transaction analytic controls.

§ Ongoing Operation Security:
o Supporting security reviews and access audits and advise on application-level security
configurations.
o Managing and maintain the security of our Oracle Cloud environment.
o Developing and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with industry
best practices and regulatory requirements.
o Configuring and manage user access, permissions, and roles in the Oracle Cloud environment.
o Supporting the management of reporting security.
o Leveraging Oracle upload tools (HDL, ADFDi) to mass upload user authorization access.
Conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities and potential security risks. o Performing segregation of duties (SoD) and SA analysis to resolve or mitigate user and role level SoD conflicts. o Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the Oracle Cloud environment. o Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the security of integrated systems and applications. o Assisting in the coordination and achievement of SOX audit compliance objectives through stakeholder support and timely execution o Leading annual Oracle RMC ruleset reviews and provide necessary training, as needed. o Conducting annual Oracle license audits o Supporting Oracle related projects and system upgrades
Qualifications:- Oracle Cloud functional and technical acumen, particularly related to securing the Oracle Cloud applications.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with individuals ranging from end users to senior leadership.

- Prefer knowledge in internal controls, Sarbanes Oxley, and compliance framework.
- Prefer experiences with Oracle Risk Management Certified Implementation Specialist or with leading
- Security teams, especially at Fortune 100 retailers.
