Position: Finance Operations Director

About the Opportunity:
Join a dedicated team in overseeing the financial strategy and health of a well-established hospital and rural health clinic in Tallulah, Louisiana. This role is central to the financial management, planning, and analysis functions, while also supervising the Controller, IT, and Materials Management departments. The Finance Operations Director will collaborate closely with the hospital team to ensure fiscal integrity, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership and strategic direction
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and analysis activities
• Establish and monitor internal controls and compliance
• Oversee IT and Materials Management functions
• Drive team leadership, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
• Ensure operational efficiency in resource allocation and workflow
• Coordinate audit and tax compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree (MBA or MHA) preferred. CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5-7 years of progressively responsible financial management experience in healthcare, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, healthcare financial regulations, and reimbursement systems.
