Our client is seeking a Finance Representative II to join their Finance Shared Services (FSS) Customer Care team. Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, this role serves as the primary contact for employees' and vendors' service needs, questions, or issues related to Finance, Travel, Expense Management, Card Administration, Accounts Payable, and Information Technology.
The Finance Representative II provides excellent customer support to both internal and external stakeholders, handling routine to complex inquiries and issues. This role involves responding to customer requests via phone, web, and email, resolving problems in a timely manner, and performing various administrative tasks. The position also requires collaboration with peers and higher-level service center personnel to address and escalate complex client questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and vendor inquiries using multiple computer systems and resources.
- Provide high-quality customer care by collecting information, performing moderately complex transactions, retrieving answers from knowledge bases, websites, or financial systems, documenting service in a case management system, and electronically filing documents.
- Assist with various tasks across Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and IT departments.
- Create, track, and escalate cases as needed, and collaborate with peers and supervisors to address more complex client questions.
Skills Required:
- Basic experience with Windows.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office 2010 applications, Microsoft Edge, and Outlook.
- Basic experience with Dell & HP laptops and desktop computers.
- Ability to learn and work within Active Directory (user, group, and computer accounts).
- Basic troubleshooting and support of PC hardware, peripherals (e.g., printers), and knowledge of antivirus software.
- Familiarity with Blackberry, Android, and iPhone devices is a plus.
- Customer service experience in fields such as call centers, retail, IT service desks, medical offices, or financial services.
Experience Required:
- College degree with no prior work experience considered.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, Microsoft Office suite, and IT troubleshooting.
- Experience working in a finance shared services or call center environment preferred.
Experience Preferred:
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, IT, case management systems, and knowledge base systems such as ServiceNow.
- Experience with financial systems like PeopleSoft Enterprise, Oracle Financials, or Deltek Cost Point.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency, both written and verbal, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies and protocols (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Education Required:
- Minimum education: High School diploma or GED.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.75 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
