The pay for this position is $59,000.00 to $62,000.00 /year.

+ Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or Related field preferred. A total of two years' academic and/or professional training required
- 3 + years of hands-on accounting or finance experience required
- Must have knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
+ Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions
- Assist Payroll Coordinator with payroll related Statement of Activities and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Calculate and prepare general ledger journal entries using Sage100 software to record allocations for benefits and other programmatic expenses
- Cross train with Finance team members including, but not limited to, Payroll Coordinator and Accountant, and be prepared to provide back-up for team members as needed
- Develop assigned schedules for annual audits and regulatory reporting agencies; assist with audit documentation reviews

Hours of work
- Full time: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (hours may vary)
- 40 hours (exempt)
- Remote/Hybrid Optional - after successful training
Overtime expectations
- Overtime is not required but is regularly available and much appreciated. Any employee can request extra hours, regardless of seniority
