Role Responsibilities:
Prospect, Engage, and Build Relationships: Connect with potential clients, much like scouting and recruiting in sports, to build a strong client base.
Guide Clients: Lead clients through a comprehensive financial planning experience, helping them map out their financial futures.
Develop Financial Plans: Use your strategic thinking to craft personalized financial plans that help clients meet their objectives.
Build Long-Lasting Relationships: Maintain these relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, strategies, and regulatory changes to offer clients the best possible advice.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience: Education or work experience that showcases your commitment and success.
History of Success: A track record of personal and professional achievements.
Licensing: Life, Accident, Health Insurance licenses & Series 6 or 7 licenses preferred (or obtainable within 6 months).
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with life insurance and investment products is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Suite and Zoom, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Customer Focused: A commitment to exceed client expectations with every interaction.
