About the Job
- Financial support for the Technology team.
- Coordinate with Technology leaders on financial matters.
- Provide financial reporting and analytics to support growth and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with business partners in Finance, Technology, Business Management, Procurement, Accounting and Portfolio Management to manage the financial operations.
- Work across teams to complete monthly close and projection activities and communicate results to leaders.
- Understand key risks and opportunities, working with partners to deliver established financial targets.
- Support process improvement initiatives for Finance and the Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly close process including analysis of paids, accruals and capitalization entries.
- Analyze contracts, track spending against deliverables and record accruals accordingly.
- Prepare monthly forecasts and quarterly projections in support of Enterprise financial calendar.
- Work closely with partners to provide timely, accurate financial information and recommendations.
- Manage project portfolio through financial reporting, forecast updates and risk/opportunity tracking.
Key Skills/Competencies
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Priority setting & problem solving are necessary
