Job summary:
As a Senior Associate within the Corporate Responsibility Organization, you will be tasked with key responsibilities related to budget planning, financial reviews and analysis, and headcount management. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Head of Finance & Business Management for the Market Leadership Team, the Market Leadership Team Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the Market Leadership National Team to fulfill the organization's finance agenda. This position demands strong communication, collaboration, and partnership skills and you will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Business Management for the Market Leadership Team.
Job responsibilities:
+ Plan and budget by supporting execution of Market Leadership budget and forecasting processes, implementing enhancements to meet dynamic demands of a growing organization while challenging business partners to think critically and instilling detail-oriented rigor and controls to ensure accurate financial results.
+ Deliver financial reporting and analysis - Deliver reporting that includes accurate and well controlled financial results, as well as insightful analysis, which can be leveraged in quarterly department and other periodic financial reviews.
+ Manage headcount by tracking and managing the National Market Leadership Team's headcount through effective tracking and reporting, as well as insightful and dynamic analysis in the everchanging business environment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related area.
+ 3+ years of relevant financial services industry experience coupled with experience in a financial planning and analysis or business management related role.
+ Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Soft Skills/Capabilities:
+ Ability to analyze, synthesize and structure data to tell the story.
+ Intellectual curiosity and a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
+ Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; ability to tailor messaging and communicate effectively across all levels of management.
+ Strong partnership and stakeholder-focused mindset' ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization including ability to work across/with various functions.
+ Flexible, organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
+ Experience in financial planning and analysis preferred.
+ Experience in business management preferred.
+ High level of professionalism, strong organizational, strong analytical, strong critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills
+ Excellent MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint, Excel)
