Financial Analyst - - Finance Transformation Process Lead
22 month Contract

Required:
The Finance Transformation Process Lead will be responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of current finance processes, technology, reports, controls, and more. The Process Lead will prepare materials and facilitate workshops to gather stakeholders' visions for the future state. You will collaborate with others to design and document the future state finance target operating model across various dimensions including process, technology, reporting & data, governance, people, and service delivery. You will work closely with other workstream leads, project managers, functional application leads, and business stakeholders to ensure the finance transformation objectives are achieved.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation projects, involving process improvement and system implementation
- Experience in one or more of the following process areas:
- Engagement Delivery Management, Contract to Cash, Source to Pay, Project to Result, Acquire to Retire, Record to Report, Chart of Accounts, Plan to Perform, Treasury
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel 1-2 times a quarter
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA public cloud and / or Certinia engagement forecasting (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document the current finance operating model
- Obtain current data / metrics and perform detailed analysis to identify opportunities for improvement or rationalization and standardization
- Document desired outcomes and stakeholders’ visions for the future state
- Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Gather business and reporting requirements from key stakeholders and document them clearly and concisely
- Design and document future state target operating model
- Determine required transformation readiness activities and create detailed project plans
- Execute detailed project plans
