Job Description:
Overview/ Responsibilities:
Support reporting and analysis of restructuring programs including coordination with Client's Business Units and the Client's Controller's organization. Support the monthly Client's Financial Assessment process various analytical tasks. Directly support the Financial Manager of the Program on all financial issues, including business decision-making and budget management. Develop and analyze business case models, which will be utilized to evaluate the economic impact of business decisions on the Program.
M-F, 8-5 Onsite role possibly can go over 2-month assignment.
Calculate monthly/quarterly/annual sales incentive payouts for the sales team based on performance metrics
Creating presentations and reports for Sales leaders to make decisions on incentive plans.
Creating and maintaining reports to track sales performance and incentive payouts
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payout of incentives
Prepare statements
Work on Sales incentives Automation project
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making related to sales incentive programs
Required Skills/ Qualification/ Education:
Bachelors degree
