Financial Analyst - HumanHire

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Financial Analyst to join the firms growing team in Chicago!

The ideal candidate will come with 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience within Law Firm environments. This role will focus on compensation analysis and financial reporting, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance the firm’s financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of the firm’s annual budget and forecast.
• Maintain and enhance financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and implement financial metrics and KPIs to track performance against goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience (Law Firm experience preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Proficiency in various accounting/financial softwares (Aderant is a plus)
