Financial Analyst - Corporate Business Development - Full Time - Days - Hybrid - ProMedica Toledo Hospital (TH)

About the Job
Primarily responsible for reconciliation, analysis, reporting and compliance filing. Analyzes
operations in order to ensure that all transactions are properly calculated and recorded in the
general ledger.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Financial Analysis – assist in the preparation of various financial analyses to support the company’s
decision-making process.
2. Budgeting – assist in the annual budgeting process.
3. Reporting – complete assigned financial reporting to help demonstrate operational
performance.
4. Month End – assist in the month end close process, including variance analysis and identifying
needs of necessary journal entries.
5. Communication – Work with other functions/departments to communicate results, gather
information and provide general support.
6. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration,
or a related field.
Skills:
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills, excellent oral and written
communication skills, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, plan, coordinate, and organize multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills: Understanding of generally accepted and statutory accounting principles
Years of Experience: 0-3 years (including internship experience)
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands:. Office environment. Must have the ability to move between workstations.
Ideal candidate will be well-versed in computer applications and operation.
