Financial Analyst

One of Vaco's Fortune 50 clients is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing and collaborative team
This role will have broad involvement with overall forecasting/budgeting, optimizing CapEx/OpEx, risk strategy, market flux analysis and long-range planning and will team closely with Senior executives on monthly reporting and presentations.
Responsibilities:Assist in financial analyses to measure monthly financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends
Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends, market condition analysis within regions and business lines
Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement
Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecast updates
Present and explain findings to executive leadership
Qualifications:1-4 years of financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
Intermediate Excel required
Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem solving skills

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
