About the Job
- Distribution Financial Management; Supply Chain/Operations analysis for Warehousing, Freight, etc.
- Handle daily accounting duties including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Inventory.
- Process invoices, daily transactions and expenses.
- Month-end close – Major Account reconciliation, preparation of Income Statement and Balance Sheet reports with assisting FM on variance explanations.
- Update and maintain accounting database.
- Create and maintain monthly and quarterly reports –top 10 customer, in-transit valuation, results compared to budget, material obsolescence review, etc.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience working in Finance and/or Accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Sage 50 ERP experience is a plus.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
