Ability to Work: Hybrid - 3 days of telework and 2 days in the office per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and ensure sound financial practices.
- Oversee financial operations to ensure compliance with federal guidelines and internal policies.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to recommend strategies for resource optimization and cost efficiency.
- Support the preparation and execution of financial audits and reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate financial plans and policies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts, enhancing team development and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze financial trends, and create comprehensive financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Must have five years of professional experience directly related to financial analysis and operations.
- Would like someone to have at least two years of supervisory experience is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of federal financial regulations and procedures.
- Proficient in financial management software and tools, including Excel, financial systems, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
