As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, providing insights to support decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the company. Key Responsibilities:

Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions

Preparing and presenting financial reports and forecasts

Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring variances

Evaluating financial performance and identifying trends

Analyzing costs and pricing of products/services

Supporting financial audits and compliance

Developing and improving financial processes and systems

Participating in strategic planning and investment analysis

Collaborating with various teams to gather financial information

Assessing and mitigating financial risks

Providing ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

Assisting in financial management and strategy formulation

Conducting market research and industry analysis

Identifying opportunities for cost optimization

Supporting financial data integrity and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

Strong understanding of financial principles and practices

Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial software

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

Ability to effectively communicate financial information

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Understanding of financial regulations and compliance

Experience with financial reporting and forecasting

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
