Summary:
The Corporate Travel and Expense Financial Analyst is tasked with conducting both complex and routine analyses to support management in making informed decisions about corporate travel and expense programs. This role is crucial in both providing senior management with key travel and expense statistics and supporting the daily operations of the Corporate Travel and Expense Department.

Schedule & Location:
This is an exempt full-time position that is based on-site in Johnston, RI. Start and stop times are flexible with a preferred schedule of 8:00/8:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM. Core on-site workdays required are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Flexibility for remote work on Tuesdays or Fridays, weekly, based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design process to periodically provide key travel and expense germane global statistics, findings, trends and related commentary (summarized in a dashboard format) to senior management and consequently execute on this process.
- Conduct routine reporting and analysis to ensure compliance with the Corporate Travel & Expense policy. Facilitate change management and behavior modification exercises as needed.
- Prepare and deliver both ad-hoc and routine analyses to treasury management and other stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Expense management system configuration and support.
- Provide support to employees globally by: (1) Answering questions related to the Corporate Travel and Expense Policy; (2) Furnishing expense management system end user training and support; and (3) resolving expense management system issues when needed.
- Assist in the administration of the corporate American Express program.
- Assist in deploying new business processes to accommodate global expansion or regulatory changes.
- Participate in and provide analysis or support for special projects related to Corporate Travel and Expense, as needed.
- Support Corporate Travel & Expense vendor management activities where necessary.
Required Education:
High School Diploma.

Highly Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or management preferred.

Required Work Experience:
Minimum of three-years’ experience in finance/accounting with reporting and analytics focus.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel; Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Power BI.
