A technology healthcare company located in Greater Miami area is looking to bring on a Financial Analyst to their growing team. As the Financial Analyst, you will interpret data, forecast, and collaborate with teams to enhance the company’s financial performance. The ideal candidate must hold their Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, have 2-3 years of FP&A experience, and be bilingual (Spanish/English). Responsibilities:
- Estimate monthly IBNR/IBNP provider payables, reconcile liability accruals
- Produce monthly financial reviews
- Research variances
- Conduct quarterly gross margin analysis
- Assist with budget development and scenario analysis
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (online degrees not accepted)
- 2-3 years of prior Financial Analyst experience (health care industry preferred)
- Experience in trend analysis, report preparation, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, etc.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and PowerBI
