As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations and decision-making processes of our company. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
• Perform variance analysis and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support M&A initiatives, including financial due diligence, valuations, and integration efforts.
• Conduct research on financial best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
