Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for various business needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Regularly present financial information and insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales targets and incentive plans.
• Track and report on sales performance throughout the year.
• Ensure data consistency in the CRM system.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 2 years of financial analysis experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• SQL and Revenue Forecasting a plus

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range is $85,000 to $100,000
• In office role in North Canton
