As a Financial Analyst in the retail division, you will play a key role in supporting the companys financial planning, analysis, and reporting, helping drive decisions that shape the future of fitness.

Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts for retail stores, North American sporting goods, and other market segments like Bowflex and Schwinn
- Assist with financial reporting, including actual results, projections, and variance analysis
- Develop and enter monthly journal entries such as customer rebates and warranty cost evaluations
- Perform margin analysis across various business segments, identifying key trends in volume, rate, and mix variances
- Collaborate with sales directors to monitor marketing and promotional programs and manage overall spending
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support critical business decisions
- Participate in quarterly reviews and year-end audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Experience in cost accounting, retail pricing analytics, and margin analysis is beneficial

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, Microsoft CRM, and Adaptive Insights is a plus
