Financial Analyst at Creative Financial Staffing

This position will be responsible for assisting with short and long-term planning and financial analysis of global business operations.

Accountabilities:

• Assists with weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports distributed to senior leadership highlighting business trends and opportunities.
• Manages the FP&A system application including administration, maintenance, and improvements.
• Acts as a business partner with various stakeholders including FP&A and Operations Finance to assist with their annual budgets and forecasts.
• Builds, updates, and maintains financial models including key performance indicator dashboards and product profitability models to measure and forecast impact of operational initiatives.
• Collects, analyzes, and manages large date sets of qualitative data from various system applications and assists in the development of meaningful reports.
• Reviews existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
• Assists with financial results and analysis for presentations to Finance Manager on a periodic basis as requested by supervisor.
• Key contributor to various ad-hoc finance projects by effectively leveraging finance acumen and advanced Excel skills

Minimum Skills Required:

• 4-year College Degree (Finance or Accounting) from an accredited institution.
• Proficient of Microsoft Office Programs - advanced user of Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and business acumen.
• Excellent organization, analytical, and communication (i.e. oral and written) skills.
• Works with a sense of urgency and unwavering focus on accuracy.
• Proactively seeks an in-depth understanding of how each business unit functions both independently and collaboratively.
• Exemplifies self-leadership to achieve professional goals and objectives.
• 2+ years of experience including multinational companies.
