accomplish as a Financial Analyst at TAPCO: As a member of the Finance
team, the Financial Analyst, will play a key role in analyzing financial
data, creating detailed reports, and providing insights that drive
strategic decision-making. Their expertise in Power BI will be essential
for visualizing data, creating dashboards, and enhancing our reporting
capabilities. This position reports to the controller and will work
cross functionally with other departments. This position reports to the
Controller Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and
interpret financial data to support business decisions. Develop and
maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI to track key
performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Assist in financial
forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to identify trends and
provide actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to
management and stakeholders clearly and concisely. Work closely with
cross-functional teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives.
Perform other duties as needed. Required Qualifications and KSA Proven
experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in
Manufacturing. High-level of proficiency in Power BI, with a strong
understanding of data visualization techniques and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Advanced
knowledge of Excel and other financial modeling tools. About Us: At
