A large company in the Valley is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team in this newly created role due to company growth. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for long-term planning, budget to actuals, assist with budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and margin analysis. To be successful in this role, the Financial Analyst should be detailed, analytical, and be able to work in a high-growth environment. What do you need for this Financial Analyst role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate financial planning and analysis experience
- Experience with a mid-sized to large e-commerce or CPG/manufacturing company
- Advanced Excel
- Assist with long-term financial planning and forecasting
- Budget to actuals variance analysis
- Support the annual budget planning process
- Financial reporting for various lines of business
- Margin analysis
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Assist with process improvement
- Hybrid – 2 days in office
- Annual and frequent spot bonuses

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
