Financial Assistance Representative

Duties of the Financial Assistance Representative
- Responsible for inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Review financial position of customers
- Provide assistance and/or identify solutions for their financial situation
Requirements of the Financial Assistance Representative
- Must have strong communication skills over the phone
- Ability to de-escalate a problem and provide a solution
- Advanced attention to details
- Experience in a call center environment, customer service or mortgage highly preferred
- Basic computer skills required
