Financial Assistant

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is looking to speak with Boston area candidates who would be a good fit for opportunities with similar specifications to those listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices, verify receipts, run checks, and assist with various Accounts Payable duties
- Handle bank reconciliations
- Create and maintain reports and records in Excel
- Post to the general ledger and take the lead for weekly payroll processing
- Provide administrative support to more senior members of the Finance department as needed
- Perform other tasks and engage in special projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required
- Experience with QuickBooks is a must
- Knowledge of SAP and Concur is required; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
