ROSE is looking for a proactive, disciplined, and aspiring Financial Billing Specialist with strong leadership, communication, management, and technical competencies. Candidates also have a solid knowledge of billing, thrive while meeting challenging deadlines, enjoy problem solving, and aspire to continually grow within the company. The ideal candidate is looking to transition into a great firm that offers a long-term career opportunity.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing T&M, FFP, and CPFF invoices weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, or upon request from clients and submitting through WAWF, IPP, vendor portal, or emailing customers after receiving client's approval. Applying cash receipts weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Preparing aged receivable reports weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly depending on the client's statement of work. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required
- 2+ years of experience in billing
- Experience working in a QuickBooks, CostPoint, Procas, and Intacct is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in Excel
- Strong technical skills
- High attention to detail and an interest in detail-oriented work.
- Knowledge in Office applications such as Outlook and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability to change and open to working with customized processes
- Ability to work under pressure and able to meet challenging deadlines
