The Finance Business Partner-KhS will serve as the primary strategic finance partner to the VP – Finance – CAT/OEM. The successful candidate will establish a financial review and accountability cadence across the division, analyze financial statements, conduct profitability analysis of business units, drive the annual budgeting process, own the quarterly financial forecasts, and focus the VP and other members of the CAT/OEM division on strategic levers that will drive performance through evidence-based decision making. The FBP, KhS will partner with Finance Business Partner or Director to complete ad hoc analysis to identify areas of opportunity and in turn support subsequent decision making. The role requires analysis, insight and control over targets and actual performance measures, as well as guiding other key CAT/OEM channel owners by communicating and cascading information and bringing efficiencies and automation to reporting.
As a Finance Business Partner - KhS, your essential job functions will include the following:
- Serve as primary strategic finance partner to the VP – Finance – CAT/OEM.
- Establish a financial review and accountability cadence across the division.
- Able to analyze financial statements and conduct profitability analysis of business units
- Drive annual budgeting process.
- Own financial forecast.
- Become intimately familiar with existing proprietary division software apps, back offices and other job management platforms in use
- Focus the VP - Finance and members of the division on strategic levers that will drive performance through evidence-based decision making.
- Identify key strategic issues with VP and complete ad hoc analysis to identify areas of opportunity and support decision making.
- Provide analysis, insight and control over targets and actual performance measures.
- Guide other key CAT/OEM channel owners by communicating and cascading information and bringing efficiencies and automation to reporting.
Other Duties as Assigned following:
- Align with the other Dent Wizard Business FBPs & Director – Financial Planning to bring existing parent level best practice BI reporting tools to the CAT/OEM division where relevant.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or related field
- Interest in a business partnering role, with a focus on strategic decision-making (experience a plus).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills, with an understanding of how to communicate financial information to both financial & non-financial professionals
- Strong understanding of business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and how they relate to financial performance.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Ability to organize often competing initiatives in a fluid catastrophe driven work environment
- Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- ERP systems experience
- Experience with multiple BI reporting tools preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

Other Job Demands:
- St. Louis based position that will work in office alongside the other CAT/OEM managers who far and away work in office majority of the time. KhS Global headquarters is in Sunset Hills MO. Working remotely is possible on a limited basis.
- Willingness to go to job sites while training to best immerse into existing division practices (generally there are local opportunities to do so but isolated travel is possible.
- Other typical physical demands of a desk job
- Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
- Sitting for long periods of time.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
