Job Description*This is an entry level role*
The primary responsibilities for an Financial Clerk include:
- Processing check payments
- Reconcile bank deposits
- Preparing month-end reports and reconcile invoices
- Respond to credit card disputes and customer refunds
- Filing and shipping paperwork
- Month end spreadsheets
- Generate daily reports for management
- Assisting with timekeeping and other clerical duties as needed

As an Financial Clerk you must have:
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Excellent communication skills and works well with others
- Strong organization Skills
- Focus on accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
- Preferably an Associate degree with continuing education or 1-2 years in similar position
- Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentage allocation skills.
- Ability to write formulas to build basic spreadsheets
- Ability to understand basic accounting principles to reconcile accounts and resolve out of balances
- Ability to lift and/or move objects of a maximum of 20 pounds
