They are seeking a Senior Associate Consultant who has experience in supporting small to medium-sized businesses with the financial aspects of their operations. In this role, you will assist in providing strategic fiscal guidance to our clients, helping them navigate financial challenges and achieve their business goals. Additionally, you will manage project engagements, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services.
Compensation
Performance based commensurate with experience and productivity - cash compensation (base salary plus bonus) estimated at up to $100,000 annually.

Job duties
• Perform financial reviews to assist with profitability consulting and verify reported financials for compliance related procedures (year end process, tax planning/returns)
• Lead review of clients monthly / quarterly / annual financial close process including account review and reconciliations, variance analysis, review of complex accrual calculations, and other financial reporting related procedures.
• Support the analysis of financial results and underlying data to identify opportunities for profitability growth.
• Work with clients to improve the accuracy of their accounting and optimize their financial reporting and close process.
• Collaborate with Principal Consultant to develop customized financial solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
• Work with client staff to assist in implementation of improved financial processes and strategies to optimize business performance.
• Manage project engagements from inception to completion, including defining project scope, setting timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations to help ensure clients receive relevant and effective financial guidance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in an accounting or finance role (e.g. Accounting Manager, FP&A, Public Accounting Audit or Tax Compliance Roles).
• Demonstrated experience in managing project engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA and Tax experience preferred but not required
• Work within CPA firm ideal - Big 4 or Regional firm.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
