What You’ll Do:

- Educate & Empower: Help clients understand their financial situation, provide insights, and educate them on strategies to achieve their short- and long-term financial goals.

- Customized Coaching: Work 1:1 with clients to create personalized financial plans, covering areas such as budgeting, debt management, savings, and investments.

- Ongoing Support: Provide continuous guidance, monitor progress, and make adjustments to clients' financial plans as needed to ensure success.

- Team Collaboration: Partner with our insurance agents, financial advisors, and other specialists to provide holistic financial services.

- Stay Informed: Keep up with financial trends, tools, and resources to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

- Financial Expertise: Background in financial planning, coaching, or related fields (experience with personal finance, investments, and debt management a plus).

- Excellent Communication: Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple, relatable way.

- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to helping clients tackle their financial challenges.

- Empathy & Patience: A passion for helping others improve their financial well-being.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with virtual coaching platforms, financial software, and online communication tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred but not required)

- experience in financial planning, coaching, or advisory roles

- Certifications such as AFC® (Accredited Financial Counselor) or CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) are a plus

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
