Position: Financial Controller

Pay Rate:  $36.45-$44.27/hr

 We are looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join our team and contribute to the company's growth.

Position Overview:

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. You will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, ensuring the financial health and integrity of Harwood Global.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Timely reporting of any violations to HR department.
• Delagation of financial duties to the Finance Staff.
• Communicating to any changes to different departments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Certifications: Must hold a relevant financial certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
