Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, in-office finance position based in Pataskala, OH. You'll work a steady Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing stability and routine while supporting our team's success.

Your Typical Day: As our Financial Controller, every day brings something new as you oversee payroll, bookkeeping, and inventory management, ensuring our financial operations are running smoothly. You dive into budgeting and forecasting, providing critical insights that guide company decisions. Equipped with your QuickBooks expertise, you handle job costing and maintain precise financial records, all while keeping an eye on profitability. By the end of the day, you'll know you've made a lasting impact-both on the bottom line and the future success of The Chimney Guys.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or higher-level financial management role
• Fluent in QuickBooks
• Skilled in payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and forecasting
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Experience in the home services industry
