We are partnered with a global leader in the manufacturing industry looking for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for a variety of accounting and finance functions and be a key part of the leadership team at this location. This is a full-time onsite position with an annual salary range starting at $130,000.

Core Responsibilities:
- Drives full P&L ownership
- Leads comprehensive accounting operations including:
- Managing month-end close process and financial statement preparation
- Overseeing cost accounting methodology and analysis
- Directing fixed asset management and depreciation
- Supervising accounts payable function and team
- Develops and executes annual budgeting process while maintaining rolling forecasts to support business planning
- Creates and maintains KPI dashboards
- Ensures SOX compliance
- Partners with internal and external auditors
- Provides leadership and professional development to accounting team members, including direct supervision of cost accounting and accounts payable staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory position
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience having full P&L oversight strongly preferred
- SAP experience is a strong plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong MS Excel skills - intermediate to advance
