Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controls Analyst to support moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Financial Controls. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating, analyzing, and resolving Financial Control challenges, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This is a contingent role requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including client personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Financial Controls, contributing to large-scale planning and execution of related deliverables.
- Analyze moderately complex Financial Controls challenges, leveraging a solid understanding of financial principles, internal controls, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to resolving financial control issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Financial Controls processes and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
- Maintain effective communication with client personnel, stakeholders, and senior management to meet deliverables and manage expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting, or Business and Technology Audit experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work, consulting experience, training, military service, or education.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial controls, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to analyze and solve moderately complex financial challenges.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and client personnel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
