Financial Customer Service Associate at TEKsystems

TEKsystems is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to start with a reputable finanical institution in Owings Mills, MD!

Job Description:

• Service Associates will be supporting our clients own customers with their needs.
• This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day.
• Will be talking to shareholders with a variety of calls. Calls may include; needing to change information, updating account info.
• Could be very entry level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts.
• Wont be taking any calls that require giving financial advice, but will help point their client in the right direction.
• Will be working with a few different systems and web based programs.
• 85% of the day will consist of taking inbound phone calls. The next 15% will consist of email correspondence and other administrative related tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience required

- Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)

- Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, fully onsite
