About the Job
Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent writing and analytical skills, e.g., has developed analysis and presentations that have been presented to management with minimal edits required.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Highly motivated with a strong attention and willingness to get into detail.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• 5 years’ experience in financial services, consulting, or technology specifically in Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning, Governance and Reporting
Education:
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree
Key Activities include:
• Support the oversight of Client Data Engineering technology book of work (investments and work efforts), including working with various internal clients and technology teams to identify and prioritize technology investments, and providing ongoing reporting into financial statuses and accomplishments of these investments/work efforts.
• Support the development of analyses, compelling presentations and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action. Stakeholders can include senior internal clients.
• Provide support in preparing materials and drive any necessary forums, such as provide support in:
• Program related communication and analytics activities.
• Developing process documentation, guidance and organize additional training as required.
• Writing guidance documents and develop proposals, obtain stakeholder buy-in to move towards execution.
• Preparing stakeholder updates and reporting
• Documenting clear takeaways or actions
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
