This role has unlimited career potential up to and including Partner. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze, develop, and implement effective financial strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial management consulting services to federal clients.
- Map and document process flows, including data, systems, and reports.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct financial analyses and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Assess internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their program needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of financial management systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 4-6 years of experience in a federal or business environment.
- Understanding of financial management regulations and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Proficiency in analytic software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Advana, and related systems.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Secret clearance is nice to have but not required.
