Location: Remote (Open to Candidates Residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, VA)
Position Details:
The Financial Manager Provides oversight and management of established team supporting the IDD Division. The position will be responsible for providing financial support, financial planning and forecasting analysis. Work closely with program managers to interpret the company's financial results, prepare annual budgets and provide financial support to ensure sound business decisions. Develop and train employees assisting them to achieve professional development goals.
GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the oversight and delivery of monthly financial activities for programs assigned to the team which may include up to four financial analysts or Sr. Financial Analysts. Review monthly income statement, prepare journal entries and provide explanations for budget variances.
* Prepare annual internal and external budgets.
* Financial Analysis for the IDD Division. With focus on Pennsylvania programs with an in depth understanding of rates structure and metrics.
* Financial planning, and forecasting analysis as requested. To include program viability assessments as requested.
* Assist in preparation of annual cost reports, audit supplemental schedules and program specific reports as requested.
* Manage and support established team by providing ongoing performance coaching, training, and professional development. Provide direct supervision including but not limited to assignment of work, and necessary and routine supervision.
* Responsible for contract reviews and agreement renewals with government agencies and external funders.
* Ability to work independently with all levels of management and program staff.
* Prepare reports and participate in regular acuity review meetings for all waiver I/DD programs with operational leadership.
* Coordinate, review and submit Needs Exception Allowance request for all PA I/DD waiver programs as determined.
* Preparation monthly financial statements, to be assigned.
* Prepare PA I/DD waiver analytics for comparative analysis as requested.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* Bachelor of Science in accounting or finance preferred
* Supervisory experience preferred
* Three - Five (3-5) plus years of finance experience
* Strong excel skills a must, advanced skills preferred (i.e. Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc)
* Non-profit and/or healthcare experience preferred
