About the Job
The Transitions Service Team Member (Financial Ops Associate) will be an integral part of the service team, assisting advisors and sales assistants as they transition to a new financial institution. This role serves as the frontline of service delivery, providing guidance on registration, account conversions, and training, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, including Financial Consultants, Sales Assistants, and Internal Partners
- Communicate effectively through calls, emails, and other channels
- Execute operational tasks such as registration, account transfers, new account processes, and account maintenance
- Proactively identify and resolve problems related to the transition process
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, systems, and procedures
- Provide technical assistance within the role's scope
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate transitions and ensure smooth processes
- Handle 20-30 inbound service calls per day in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate operational and financial industry policies as needed
- Document procedures and ensure accuracy during daily activities
This role will also support onboarding efforts, helping new advisors integrate into the firm by assisting with follow-up calls, marketing submissions, and setting up technology access.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services or financial operations (preferred)
- Positive personality with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Pay:
- $18
Location:
- REMOTE
- Major preference on San Deigo, CA or Tempe, AZ
- MUST live on the West Coast
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm or 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Pacific Time
