**Location:** Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid Remote)
**Compensation:** Up to $105,000 per year 10% bonus

Join a leading Healthcare Operations Company as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. In this role, you will provide essential financial reporting, analysis, and ad hoc support to the FP&A team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting and analysis during the bonus process, forecasting, and month-end close. This position offers significant visibility into sector financial results, providing key support to the CFO and Senior Leadership team. You will also play a crucial role in continuously improving processes to enhance the capabilities and efficiency of the team.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Support the analysis and preparation of key financial reports for Senior Leadership and the CFO, ensuring alignment with corporate requirements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships as a liaison between the Healthcare Operations Finance/Accounting teams and corporate Finance/Accounting teams
- Develop a deep understanding of financial systems to ensure accurate data representation in monthly reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts and oversee month-end close activities
- Continuously refine and improve monthly financial reporting processes, ensuring thorough documentation
- Collaborate with Business Unit Finance teams to understand the key drivers of financial trends and business performance
- Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis for CEO Leadership Meetings, executive briefings, and other ad hoc requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 4 years of experience in corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a similar role
**Other Qualifications:**
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive work attitude and willingness to work additional hours during peak periods
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with lookups and pivot tables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new concepts and engage in new projects
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with business partners
