Key Responsibilities of the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager:

• Analyze trends in key performance indicators such as revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor performance indicators, investigate variances, and identify trends.
• Supervise Financial Analyst(s) and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports.
• Implement Business Intelligence Tools and dashboards for better decision-making.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Present reports and analyses to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on leadership experience with a proactive approach.
