This role reports to a Finance Manager is assigned to a territory to provide insightful analysis to drive bottom line profitability
Position Responsibilities:Is the Finance Partner to our field leadership within assigned regions of responsibilityCreates strong partnership with senior field leadership that is built on trust, transparency, and integrityDrives profitability improvement by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions for management consumptionSupports the development of our store, district, region and territory level budgets and forecastsExtracts large amounts of data and synthesizes for easy understanding by managementProvides financial training / support to field as necessary which may require travelSupports review and post as neededCompletes special reports / projects as assignedRequirements:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline or equivalent work experience plus a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a financial role requiring financial analysisOutstanding organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple assignmentsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff and managementStrong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models and interpreting large data setsProficient with ExcelAction-oriented with a strong sense of accountability to not only own your tasks, but hold others accountable to assigned takeawaysDependable, motivated and self-starter, with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a teamAgile / willingness to shift prioritiesStrong customer-service orientationFamiliarity with data query/data management tools preferred (Hyperion essbase, IBM planning analytics, SQL)Base Pay Range: $59,514.00 - 81,832.30Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
