Financial Reporting Consultant at KBW Financial

A Private Equity backed SaaS company is currently looking to a Financial Reporting consultant. This person should have a debt reporting or SEC reporting background. This person can work remotely but should be local to the Boston area if needed in the office. The Financial Reporting Consultant will report to the VP Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Debt reporting
• Financial statement creation
• ASC 842 lease accounting

Additional qualifications:

• PE backed company experience
• Netsuite experience

Pay rate is competitive within the industry standard.
