Financial Reporting (SEC) Director - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

International consumer products company is looking for a Director of Financial Reporting / Technical Accounting. The Director of Financial Reporting will be responsible for drafting, preparing, and filing SEC reports (i.e., 10Q & 10k reports, drafting footnotes, preparing proxy statements, XBRL reporting, conducting technical research, etc.). Additional duties for the Director of Financial Reporting include analyzing consolidated financial statements and investment balance sheets, performing revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842) initiatives, conduct SOX, GAAP, IFRS guidance, manage reporting schedules, as well as collaborate with investor reporting corporate finance, legal, external audit management group, and global finance leadership team.

• Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• CPA and public accounting experience is required.
• Advanced SEC filing and technical accounting knowledge is required.
• Must have large company exposure. International company experience is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills is a MUST.
• Up to $260k + bonus + stock.
