POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will be responsible for contacting dealers and requesting correction of United States dealer financial submissions in Urban Science’s proprietary business management solution, which is a web-based solution that provides dealers and manufacturers with the financial reporting and analysis to make critical business decisions.
This role requires leveraging problem solving and interpersonal skills to work independently with dealers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Workplace flexibility has taken on a whole new meaning here at Urban Science. The requirements of each team, role and employee can look quite different. Leaders work with their teams to determine the right balance for working in-person and remotely, considering the needs of the business, our clients, cross-functional projects, individual work, and individual preference. This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility. Candidate may perform most of the role remotely, however, must be available and willing to travel and work in-person in Detroit area approximately every other month.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Call dealers’ accounting department representatives to request that they diagnosis and fix any
errors found in the financial submissions after being audited through Urban Science’s proprietary business management solution• Address questions from Dealers• Attend weekly internal and client meetings as needed• Effectively build and maintain friendly, warm relationships or networks of contacts with clients/customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School or Equivalent Diploma
