Financial Representative - Whittier Health Network

• Time and Attendance system maintenance of applicable departments
• Process biweekly payroll reports and controls distribution (deduction register, benefit accrual reports)
• Compares actual hours for each department to budgeted hours, generates a Department Summary Report and obtains approval for budget variances from Administrator
• Date stamp all accounts payable mail (invoices, etc.) received by facility.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving slip and verify mathematical accuracy
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with appropriate department representative.
• Maintains a neat, organized file of invoices and open purchase orders.
• Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with Corporate Fiscal Office, facility department supervisors and administrator
• Assist Human Resources with payroll and/or A/P processing of other departments and/or facilities as needed

• High School Graduate or G.E.D.
• Business/Accounting experience or courses preferred
• Possess a regard to confidentiality
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, attention to detail and follow up skills.
