The firm s seeking a highly qualified associate with four or more years of substantive corporate finance transactions experience to join our financial services practice.

Ideal candidates will have in-depth financial services experience, focusing on corporate transactional and regulatory work involving both new and established companies in the token, digital & technology, blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The position will concentrate on matters involving venture financings, blockchain and digital assets, payments, lending, fund formation, alternative lending, regulatory enforcement work, and counseling clients on process and compliance matters. This is an exciting opportunity to represent emerging and growth-stage companies at the forefront of the financial services industry's digital transformation, as well as traditional financial and technology companies seeking to enter the fintech space to guide them through this dynamic landscape.

Requirements

• Four or more years of solid corporate finance transactions experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Effective and efficient problem solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction you plan to practice
